See All ReviewsDO NOT GO HERE!!! INSURANCE FRAUD and a TOTAL RIP OFF!! THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!! I went to doctor Totten on 3/6/18 to have my toe nails examined as I have fungus on 5 of my nails. We did some x-rays of my feet and the doctor proceeded to explain to me the causes of the nail fungus and proceeded to prescribe me medication to apply to the nails to get rid of it. He also informed me that I would need splints and shoe inserts to correct the arch in my feet which they would contact my insurance and see if they would pay for it. So a few weeks later I get a call from them saying I need to come back for a second visit to discuss the splints and shoe inserts, being led to believe that I was going to be getting measured for them. As soon as I arrived (3/20/18), I was told I had to pay my $50 co-pay before the doctor would see me, so I did. Once in the office with the doctor, he proceeded to tell me that my insurance declined to pay for the splints and shoe inserts. Then once again he started going in a HUGE CIRCLE REPEATING EVERYTHING HE SAID FROM THE FIRST VISIT, which I continuously responded, "yes you told me this last time". Finally, I left after having my time wasted over something that could have been said over the phone. But of course, they wanted that $50 co-pay! (SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES) A few weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for my first and second visit. The second visit is what really pissed me off. They had the nerve to charge me my $50 co-pay, charge my insurance $270.89 and leaving me with a balance to be paid of $19.11 (Total of $340) for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except give me a run around of the first visit! $340 to hear that your insurance declined your request is absolute NONSENSE! THIEVES!!!!!!!!! I have since called multiple times to discuss the bill, being told someone would call me back (never happened), left a voicemail (Machine says someone will call you back. NEVER HAPPENED) and have finally spoken to someone today which offered absolutely no help and basically said, call your insurance... OKAY I WILL! All in all, my toes are exactly the same. The prescribed medicine didn't work. I got hit with a bunch of bills for nothing in return. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL DO/SAY ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
